CHIQ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material or activity of any kind.
Age Restriction
CHIQ is intended exclusively for adults. Users must verify their date of birth during account creation, and the minimum age to use CHIQ is 40. Accounts found to misrepresent age or belong to a minor are removed immediately upon discovery.
Prevention and Detection
All profiles go through an approval process, and photo and identity verification is required before a profile becomes visible to other users. Users can report any profile or message directly within the app at any time.
Reporting
Any user can report a profile, block another user, or file a general safety concern from within the app (Settings → Privacy & Safety). Reports are reviewed by our team, and any account found to involve CSAE material is permanently banned and, where applicable, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, consistent with our legal obligations.
