How do I cancel my CHIQ subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be removed from our active systems. If you need help, email us at support@chiqdating.com.
How do I report someone who made me feel unsafe?
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or conversation and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports. For urgent concerns, email us directly.
When will CHIQ be available to download?
We're currently in development and will launch on the App Store and Google Play soon. Join our waitlist on the main page to be notified the moment we go live.
I didn't receive a verification email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@chiqdating.com with the email address you used to register and we'll sort it out.
