Deleting your CHIQ account permanently removes your profile and access to the platform. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your information after deletion.

How To Delete Your Account

• Open the CHIQ app
• Go to Profile
• Tap Settings
• Select Delete Account
• Follow the confirmation prompts

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed and access to your account will be permanently removed.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

• Your profile information is permanently removed
• Uploaded profile photos are permanently removed
• Your matches are permanently removed
• Your conversations and messages are permanently removed
• Your preferences and account settings are removed
• Access to your CHIQ account is permanently revoked

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Most account data is permanently deleted when your account is removed.

Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Enforcement of our Terms of Service
• Protection of the CHIQ community

Any retained information is stored only as long as necessary to satisfy these obligations.
